Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because many Heritage Luxe adornments are handmade, sourced artisanally, or created in small batches, slight variations in color, bead pattern, texture, and finish may occur.

These variations are part of the beauty and individuality of handcrafted adornment and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities purchased

  • Discontinue products at any time

  • Modify pricing without notice

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Waist Bead Sizing & Responsibility

Heritage Luxe waist beads are traditional tie-on adornments designed for long-term wear.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate length option at checkout. Standard and extended sizing information is provided on product pages for guidance.

Because tie-on waist beads are cut and tied directly to the wearer’s body, all waist bead sales are considered custom/intimate adornment items and are final sale once worn, cut, or tied.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizing selection

  • Breakage due to improper tying, excessive tension, or misuse

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Natural wear over time

Shipping & Processing

Processing times are estimates and may vary during launches, holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Heritage Luxe is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade, intimate, and custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [YOUR EMAIL].

To qualify for review:

  • The item must be unused

  • Photos of the issue must be provided

  • The order number must be included

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.
