At Heritage Luxe, each adornment is handled with care, intention, and craftsmanship. Due to the handmade, intimate, and often custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Final

Heritage Luxe does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased through our website.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Waist beads

  • Anklets

  • Bracelets

  • Jewelry

  • Body and self-care items

  • Limited edition pieces

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order items

Because many items are handmade, body-worn, or produced in limited quantities, we are unable to restock or resell returned merchandise.

Waist Beads & Intimate Adornment

Tie-on waist beads are considered intimate adornment items and are final sale once purchased.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the appropriate length option

  • Reading product descriptions carefully

  • Properly tying and caring for their adornments

Heritage Luxe is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizing selections

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Improper tying or handling

  • Natural wear over time

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

While all sales are final, we will correct verified errors made by Heritage Luxe.

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A damaged item

  • An incomplete order

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement shipment or correction of the order.

Shipping Issues

Heritage Luxe is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, or postal disruptions

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Natural Variations

Many Heritage Luxe products are handmade or artisan-sourced. Slight variations in color, bead arrangement, texture, shape, or finish are natural and part of the individuality of handcrafted adornment.

These variations are not considered defects.
