Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All Heritage Luxe adornments are prepared with care and intention.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for ready-to-ship items
  • 10–14 business days for custom, made-to-order, or personalized items

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders containing both ready-to-ship and custom items will ship together once all items are complete. If you would like items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during launches, holidays, sales, restocks, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated domestic delivery times:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: approximately 3–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: approximately 2–3 business days

Selecting expedited shipping at checkout does not reduce processing time. It only affects USPS transit time after shipment.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Heritage Luxe.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message containing your tracking number.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within the carrier system.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout.

Heritage Luxe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, it is within the carrier’s possession.

Heritage Luxe is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked as delivered
  • Delivery interruptions caused by weather, holidays, or postal service disruptions

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  • Contact your local USPS office
  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • File a claim directly with USPS if necessary
